MISSION
Pro-Amigos, A not for profit corporation, is a diverse group of professionals, working to provide humanitarian services to our neighbors south of the border and in other communities in and around Puerto Peñasco, Mexico. Our main objective is service to the community and promote peace and friendship. We are a non-political, non-religious group that is open to all cultures, ethnicities and religions.
HISTORY
Pro-Amigos was founded unofficially in the 1980's, and then incorporated in 1998 by Dr. Arun Mehta, M.D., Victor Mojica, Antonio Garcia and Les Webb. Many of our members and supporters work in the medical profession and much of our support in the past has been medically related but we have made changes based on need and current conditions.
